Q. How will you process my order ?
A. To process your order we need “Adjustable/Refundabble” (minimum) deposit @ USD$800 per unit. This will upgrade you from a member to a priveleged customer at Nexuss Int’l Co.,Ltd.
Q. Can I order on recognized Bank’s Letter of credit ?
A. No we do not accept L/C or Crossed Cheques from foreign countries. In case if your country does not allow you to deal except against L/C, then “An equal amount should be initially transferred before opening L/C”.

A. Japanese auctions are “For Limited Members”, and hence only dealers are allowed to buy or sell. Q. I am a dealer/gold member registered and approved, but I cannot view the sold-out data for reference.
A. Visitors are classified as FREE & GOLD. Free are immediately approved from the website to view but Gold/Dealers are approved by Nexuss Admin. Gold/Dealers have to place order to get full benefits as stated on the website.
Q. What is Re-conditioned cars ?
A. It is shop owners,dealers & exporters Hype ,since normally by changing couple of belts,filters and battery & tires boosts performance. No overhaul is necessary unless it has a broken engine

A. Please make sure that you are typing your login and password exactly, They are CASE SENSATIVE.
Q. Is it safe to buy Used Cars on Internet ?
A. Please check the reputation of the company but if there are no bad words then usually Japanese Companies are reliable.
Q. Do you correspondence via fax ?
A. No we normally prefer E-Mails.
Q. Do you give credit facility ?
A. No we send vehicles out of Japan after confirmation of 100% payment against our original invoice.
Q. Does your staff speak English ?

Q. How can I purchase from Dealers Specials ?
A. Highest bids will be placed as ‘Tender Bids’ and the results will be announced upon closing.
Q. How will you confirm that I can get a similar vehicle as in your database ?
A. For Maker options we can confirm to recommend a similar vehicle, but if seen in our database a vehicle with after market options (such as aero Kit,front grill etc) then the chances are few. For popular models our Japan Port Delivery Time is just “ONE WEEK AFTER PLACING ORDER”.
Q. Can you provide “ Left Hand Side Steering ” vehicles ?
A. Yes we can but only Foreign Brands like BMW M.Benz Cadillac etc “ NO JAPANESE BRANDS IN L.H.D ARE SOLD WITHIN JAPAN ”, SOME RE-IMPORTS ARE AVAILABLE.
Q. If I make the deposit then decide I no longer want to bid, will you refund the deposit, and if so, how?
A. We can refund your deposit by bank transfer or crediting via your suggested method. A bank transfer will incur a bank charge of minimum ¥3500. A cancellation of a credit card transaction wont show up on your credit card until bill for a month. Your credit card will be updated after your next billing date.
Q. Can you take pictures and confirm the vehicle condition before purchase ?
A. From CAA Tokyo auction, this service is free of cost. But, we mostly recommend inspected vehicles, either by auction inspectors or our company’s authorized inspectors. Please discuss your individual requirement(s).
Q. I cannot read Japanese how will I know what is written by Japanese Auction Inspectors ?
A. We shall translate every detail and will also try to discuss promptly via online chat systems.
Q. How fast can you get me a popular Japanese car in my favorite color
A. Maybe in 24 hours after acceptance of order followed by a confirmation of advance guarantee For popular models our “Japan Port Delivery Time” is just “ONE WEEK” after placing order.
Q. If I can wait for more time than your usual “Quick Delivery” time ,is it possible then to get a similar vehicle seen in your database?
A. Yes, the chances are better
Q. What do I do next after sending advance ?
A. Please regularly check your E-mail box on minimum 4-Hourly basis for our new messages. If MSN/SKYPE chat ID is available is better for emergency online discussions. We are working for an average of10 to14 hours daily .Since Japanese auctions lists are continuously updated till the last moment and there can be good news in last minutes or earliest morning hours.
Q. Can I see car pictures before purchase ?
A. Sure maybe 1 x Front , 1 x Back and 1 for Auction Inspector Report. We do not purchase any car on our own without confirming with the customer and seeing is beleiving. Therefore a customer will approve a car only after he sees pictures.
Q. How will I track my order ?
A. We will be in constant touch via E-Mails and Online “Live Chat”.
Q. Can I be double assured of the condition for a vehicle as described by auction inspector ?
A. Yes we charge a minimum US$20 for this private service.
Q. How can I send money in advance to process my order ?
A. Either you send us via Paypal by a” Pay on Line” link on our website or you can transfer the safe and old-fashioned way “Via Bank TT”.
Q. Will there be any hidden charges other than what is printed on your “Service Charges Page” ?
A. Yes there maybe between US$50-150 for extra services, eg; Negotiating charges by Auction house is about $50 extra. For very dear cars we might have to fight (if situation arises)between $200-300 above your budget. We need this room for breathing,if you do not have fighting budget please inform us before auction starts.
Q. Why is not my auction bid honoured and can I negotiate with seller ?
A. There are many cases where bidding does not meet the owners reserve and the vehicle is not sold at the auction. Usually about 40% of all units do not meet the reserve at auction. If the reserve price is met the seller will negotiate. Auctions are held weekly so usually owners put them through the next week or at another auction later in the same week.
Q. How do I find out the results of my bid?
A. Usually you will be advised by email same day after the auctions close. Occasionally there are delays in notification from Tenders. Please wait at least 24 hours for notification. If you still have not received confirmation please email us.
Q. How many cars may I bid on ?
A. You may bid on as many cars as you wish, but your deposit of ¥50,000 only covers one successful purchase. If you wish to purchase many vehicles you should send a larger deposit @¥50,000 per vehicle.
Q. How Long Will It Take to Get My Cars?
A. We always attempt to get the vehicle on the first possible ship, but in odd cases we might miss a ship due to non-availability of documents at the time of customs. Such delays can be possible due to various reasons which will be promptly notified before hand.
Q. Can I cancel a car purchased on my behalf?
A. Only on following terms you can cancel or refuse the car. Order cancellations for vehicle purchased from Cars Auctions Online (before car is shipped) An absolutely necessary cancellation will be subjected to a penalty of about US$650 per unit, if the car price is below $13,000; If the car price is equal to or higher, an additional 10% penalty might be surcharged However the penalties can be relaxed for very popular brands but only after new customer or local auction has successfully purchased your cancelled vehicle In all cases, the buyer will be responsible for any losses incurred and we will stand on your side at all time.
Q. How do I calculate My Shipping Cost?
A. Please refer to shipping calculator from the above link named “Shipping” to get an approximate idea of Shipping Cost. Nexuss International does not guarantee perfect calculation of freight as It varies from time to time depending on currency fluctuations.
Q. Do you charge any penalty for deffered payments or late payments?
A. For deferred payments please read our terms
Q. Do you provide New and Used Spares also?
A. Yes, We will only provide Spare parts for the cars we sell to our customers at 0% profit. We choose not to sell Spares Parts as a trade alone.
Q. Can you install extra options on my car i.e. spoilers, aluminium wheels, CD changers etc.?
A. Yes, but we can only quote firm costs after a vehicle is purchased. We can put new tires on the vehicle, install spoilers, fix aluminium wheels etc. at a price after the type and model of vehicle is determined.
Q. Can you remove interior equipment like TV, radio, CD player, spare keys, and NAVI and send them by courier?
A. Yes, but only at the expense of the customer. There may be an additional service charge depending on the vehicle and the amount of labour needed. Re-routing of such vehicles are done through our yard and for this reason extra land transport charges are also charged.
Q. Can you provide me the details of Grading System of Car Auctions?
A. Details of grading is seen on Gao and other net auctions, we shall assist you in understanding the inspection & grading system of auction vehicles. Due to human checker the same vehicle can be awarded different grades by different inspectors.

2> Accident cars are sold in Japan as "NO CLAIM VEHICLES".
i.e. No claims are accepted on Accidented vehicles by us.

4> Accident cars are "OVERCHARGED FOR INLAND TRANSPORTATION".

Q. Do you give any discount if I pay advance ?
A. Yes, you are instantly entitled to our service charges as per Urgent Mode (within 03 days tariff). But you can get same discount when we charge you to complete payment against your order but payment should be confirmed within 03 days in our bank.
Q. Why am I charged extras under miscellenous ?
A. For certain auctions the fees are slightly higher, or when we have to make purchase your choice car through internet. Also, if the car is exported from another Japanese port of loading where our agent office is hiring local services from another agent. This will and might increase by about USD$100 per service, which is petty cash in return to what we offer.
